Subdivisions

L&M Engineering has a wealth of experience in subdivision development ranging from individual property owners to large-scale industrial and residential development projects in both rural and urban settings. We assist our clients in assessing the subdivision opportunities for their property and will manage the subdivision process from liaison with the approving authorities, rezoning (if required), subdivision layout design and submission of the subdivision application to onsite testing, completion of approval requirements and detailed civil engineering design works.
