L&M Engineering provides extensive services to the development community by assisting with the management of all aspects of development and institutional projects. L&M Engineering project management services includes, project planning, coordination of the project team, liaison with approval, agencies, coordination of sub-consultants (geotechnical, architectural, electrical, environmental ), coordination of design services, project approvals from regulatory authorities, tendering, preparation of contract documents, project scheduling, contract administration, engineering and construction reviews and project completion services, including the preparation of "as built" drawings and the production of operational procedures and maintenance programs.
