L&M Engineering Limited was honoured to lead the development of the University Heights Neighbourhood Plan as the prime consultant. This project included The University Heights residential subdivision, where we provided full planning services to facilitate rezoning, as well as engineering support for a comprehensive Traffic Impact Study, detailed subdivision design, and end-to-end project coordination throughout construction.

Over seven phases of development, the subdivision has grown to include 212 single-family residential lots and three multi-family strata lots, contributing to a thriving and well-planned community.
