L&M Engineering Limited was proud to serve as the prime consultant for the North Nechako Neighbourhood Plan, which laid the foundation for Nechako Terrace - a growing mixed-use community that brings together residential charm and modern convenience in Prince George.

From initial concept to construction, our team provided comprehensive planning services, including successful rezoning, a detailed Traffic Impact Study, complete subdivision design, and full project delivery oversight. Our work helped shape a vibrant neighbourhood designed for both livability and long-term growth.

Phases one and two of Nechako Terrace feature 64 spacious single-family lots, offering residents room to grow in a serene, natural setting. Now underway, phase three will introduce a dynamic mix of apartment residences and commercial retail space—strategically located at the intersection of Foothills Boulevard and North Nechako Road—creating a lively hub for daily essentials, services, and community interaction.
