L&M Engineering Limited was honoured to lead the Fraser River Benchlands Neighbourhood Plan as the prime consultant, shaping the vision for Creekside—a vibrant residential community nestled along the scenic Fraser River.

Our team provided end-to-end planning and engineering services, including successful rezoning of the property, a comprehensive Traffic Impact Study, detailed subdivision design, and full project coordination throughout construction. Every element was thoughtfully planned to create a community that blends natural beauty with smart, sustainable growth.

Today, Creekside features 136 single-family lots and two multi-family townhouse developments, with room to grow. The full development plan envisions an additional 150 single-family homes and 215 multi-family residences, creating a diverse and well-connected neighbourhood in one of Prince George’s most picturesque settings.
