L&M Engineering Limited was a member of a design-build team contracted to design and construct a 5000 m² Cancer Centre and 31/2 story cast in place concrete parkade. The building was designed to conform to LEED Gold standards.

L&M Engineering was responsible for site servicing, site grading, parking lot design and development of an erosion and sedimentation control plan. To meet LEED objectives for stormwater management and treatment, L&M designed a stormwater exfiltration system that allowed the stormwater to be discharged to the native soils rather than the City municipal system.
